Chris Palin brings over 10 years of experience as a facilitator working in both French and English to the McKinley Solutions team working out of the Montreal office. While he will focus on building services in the Quebec market, his academic strengths and applied experience will be leveraged to McKinley's advantage at both the national and international level.
After completing an undergraduate degree in commerce, Chris put his academic credentials into practice as client services representative, supervisor and project manager for a major Canadian financial institution. It was during this time that he honed his skills as business development strategist.
For as long as he can remember Chris has had an interest in leadership and performance improvement. He began training leaders in 1992 and has donated many hours of his time to working with high-level minor hockey teams with great success. Having worked with French and English teams of client service representatives in the financial sector, he has been able to transition his leadership experience into the business world.
Chris has Bachelors degree in Commerce with a Major in Marketing from Concordia University. He recently completed an MBA from HEC, the business school of the University of Montreal and was brought on to the McKinley team because of his experience in facilitation, fluency in both French and English and business acumen. During his graduate studies Chris gained valuable international experience while working and studying in Europe.
