A former retail and real estate executive Leon Sergent is a bilingual professional speaker, management consultant and certified trainer. Leon specializes in communications skills, professional sales skills, leadership, personal productivity and customer service training.

Over past 15 years he has demonstrated results in helping leaders effectively plan their success and implement  their plans through timely advice, training and coaching in the financial, health sciences, technical /engineering and retail industries.
Drawing on over twenty years of management experience in the leisure, travel and tourism and real estate industry across Canada; his clients describe him as “a dynamic presenter who knows how to engage the audience; a polished professional with a great sense of humour”.

 

Léon has a B.A. and MBA in Marketing from Concordia University. As a trainer for the Dale Carnegie Training Institute, he is an internationally accredited seminar leader in Leadership, communication skills, presentation skills, professional selling and world class customer service. Léon has served as Director of The Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, Montreal Chapter, is a certified ski coach and dedicated road cyclist.
