Mark Thompson is the President & CEO, of McKinley Solutions Exchange.
Mark’s practical approach to performance improvement solutions draws on over 10 years of experience from managing complex multi-national human resources programs and teambuilding & leadership development to career consulting and coaching. Mark’s experience crosses the spectrum from government and non governmental agencies to multinational and growing entrepreneurial ventures.
Mark is actively involved in training and development, project management and business development. He manages client company relationships as the key contact for program development and delivery. His focus is in the areas of team and individual development, program facilitation, and instructional design. Mark holds a degree in business with a specialization in human resources and management from Bishop’s University and is an accomplished Ironman triathlete and international mountaineer. Mark’s passion for personal excellence is demonstrated in his continued pursuit in entrepreneurship and athletics. Mark is an active member of the Canadian Society of Training and Development and International Society for Performance Improvement as well as the Toronto Board of Trade.
