Mark Thompson, a founder member of McKinley Solutions Exchange and Managing Principal of the Toronto office successfully completed Ironman USA Lake Placid 2004.Mark’s passion for challenging competitions is shared by his wife Kim who successfully completed both the Toronto Marathon and Boston Marathon before joining Mark in their first full Ironman competition.

In preparing for the demanding 225 km competition, Mark experienced first hand the discipline and dedication required meet personal goals. It was truly an opportunity to test and apply the principles of the ‘power of full engagement’ in balancing mental, physical, emotional and spiritual energy.
