Having recently completed an MBA, (HEC Montréal) Christopher is a bilingual (English and French) individual with extensive leadership experience, extreme determination, strong interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated work ethic. He joins the McKinley team as part of the expansion of the bilingual service offerings in Quebec and Eastern Canada available through the Montreal office.In addition, Chris is looking forward to the opportunity to support McKinley in their strategic growth plans. His first project will be the development of our team building initiatives with a special focus on golf club management in Canada.

McKinley Solutions, the Canadian Education Partner of Hyperion Solutions, developed and delivered an effective training program for an end user business financial management solution at Cinram.

Cinram is one of the World’s largest manufacturers of pre-recorded DVD, VHS Video Cassette, CD-Audio, CD-ROM, and Audio Cassette. They provide state-of-the-art supply chain solutions for the Motion Picture, Music, and Software Industries.

Cinram was installing a new financial management solution across its enterprise which spanned three continents. End users needed to be trained within a short period of time in multiple time zones. McKinley Solutions approached the solutions with the end user in mind by developing an asynchronous delivery using standard desktop software, thus allowing all users to train at their own pace while minimizing costs.

McKinley Solutions developed a tailored end user manual detailing process and procedures as well as a series of customized activities to practice their new skills. A courseware kit was developed for internal administrators to train new members as they were brought into the team.
