As the Canadian golf season winds down for another year, McKinley is already working with select clubs to prepare them for the 2004/2005 season.In collaboration with select clubs in Quebec and Ontario, McKinley will be offering performance improvement programs geared to “Create teams that make the difference”.

The event challenged traditional beliefs on leadership, high performance and shifting mental models and challenged assumptions on new levels. Some unique elements included the highly acclaimed Café Conversations sessions, which prompted delegate dialogue around compelling questions to integrate conference learnings.

Keynote presentations demonstrated the successes of organizations whose leaders have developed productive cultures and offered valuable lessons for the executive and organization wishing to excel.

Organizations change as the people in them change. Key topics included

- Solutions to the challenges of personal change
- The importance of having an organization focused on people and values and aligning
operations, systems and processes with a value-based foundation
- New insights into the value of focusing on employee development and well-being
- The roles of leaders and their cultures in times of transition, such as rapid growth or
mergers, when differences in leadership, systems and processes must be addressed.
- How to successfully define and implement a new culture for long-term, sustainable
success.
