McKinley Solutions Launches 2005 Golf Season Programs at the historic Royal Montreal

The Royal Montreal Golf Club hosted the Elmridge Golf Club and Hillsdale Golf and Country Club at the 2005 season Quebec launch of McKinley’s performance improvement programs for the club industry.
The management teams from each of the clubs participated in McKinley’s “Creating Teams that make the Difference”. The experiential learning workshop focused on benchmarking group thinking and behavior styles, identifying specific objectives with regard to creating more effective and efficient service teams and creating a plan of action to achieve their objectives.
In the fall, Elmridge Golf Club will host the second session of the 2005 season to measure progress made with regard to the individual objectives set by each of the clubs. The second program builds on “effective teams” to provide further focus on communication styles and leadership.
