McKinley provided subject matter expert (SME) services for the migration of a traditional classroom program to a multi-media platform that incorporated both teleclass and discussion board methodologies for a leading Canadian financial institution. The
migration from a traditional classroom methodology was required as a result of motile factors including cost reduction, geographic disruption and a reduction in the time to launch to the field. The program supported onsite coaches in the development of new hires for three different management roles with in the regional and branch offices.
