McKinley delivers a Fusing Team Success Program to the Management Team of the Laurier Brantford Campus

The senior leadership of the Laurier Brantford wanted to bring to together the leadership of the campus in an effort to form a cohesive team that will drive the campus forward toward its Century Plan goals - the Laurier Century Plan sets goals, priorities and directions for the university through to its one hundredth anniversary in 2011.

The Laurier Century Plan identifies five key goals for Laurier: a student-centered environment, a transition to a comprehensive university, a transition to a more research-intensive university, internationalization and excellence in teaching and learning.

Through a series of assessments and simulations, the management team explored their group thinking and behavior styles and how they might learn to communicate internally and externally. Through a simulation, they discovered their abilities to coach and lead.
