Michel Daigle PDF Print E-mail
Michel Daigle is a workplace human development consultant.  He helps organizations across Canada, the United States and Europe, identify key human capital development parameters and assists in the implementation of human performance solutions.

He has held management positions in several Canadian and American firms and is a certified business coach, facilitator, speaker and trainer.

As an independent consultant working with organizational efficiency specialists, Michel provides process engineering consultants and their clients’ top leaders with management tools that optimise the impact of organisational improvement.

Recently, Michel authored a book; Make it Happen – switching gears: slow down, stop and move forward.  It is designed to maintain top leaders’ learning potential. Underlying this book – and most of his work – is Michel’s strongly-held belief that everyone is a performer and that everyone, be it more or less overtly expressed, has a wish to succeed.

In terms of performance, Michel knows what he’s talking about. He has represented Canada as an athlete in freestyle acrobatic skiing, competing in Canada, the United States and Europe. He was the first athlete to win all provincial championships and was crowned Canadian Freestyle Champion in 1974. In 1999, he was inducted into the Ski Laurentian Hall of Fame and was named Canadian Pioneer of Freestyle Skiing.
