The metaphors Moe uses to describe his professional abilities are those of an explorer and expedition leader. His accomplishments have consistently come as a result of leading teams through start-up and growth and achieving high performance.
Moe has established and run hands-on learning programs for youth in science, engineering and technology that reached a quarter of a million participants annually. He also launched a series of IT skills development programs for youth across Canada.
As a consultant in the corporate sector, Moe has designed, developed and delivered performance improvement programs in leadership and communications. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the skills of a masterful facilitator and coach. He is passionate about opportunities that allow him to combine his professional expertise as and entrepreneur, engineers and educator with practical wisdom and experience.
Moe has a B. A. Sc. Electrical Engineering (Systems) and Management. To this he has added courses in organizational and community development, strategic facilitation, professional speaking, sales and marketing and coaching.
