Employee Evaluation and Feedback – Performance Improvement


This session will provide the practical tips, tools and techniques on employee evaluation and feedback for performance improvement. This course will focus on learning how to listen using the elements of an effective conversation and feedback dialogue model such as being present, recognizing and working with interdependence, suspending judgment and inquiry – asking questions and reflection to gain insight. The skills learned will be applicable in formal review settling like annual performance reviews as well as in the moment feedback to effective service delivery.
