Setting up for the webinar

To view and listen to this webinar, your computer should be connected to high speed Internet and preferably it should be hard-wired instead of relying on wi-fi.  If several people are watching the webinar at your location you should have speakers plugged into your computer. Depending on the number of people viewing at your location you may also need an LCD projector.

 
Log in early

Some people experience difficulties logging into the webinar. To avoid missing the webinar log-in at least 20 minutes prior to the start time. This way, if you need assistance, we will do our best to help you, before the webinar starts.

Mute your phone please

If you are listening to the presentation by phone, please MUTE your phone. Questions will be handled in writing by using the question function on the webinar control panel on your screen. This is very important.
 
Help line

The help line will be available 20 minutes prior to the start of every webinar and will be operational until 10 minutes into the webinar. The help line numbers for this webinar are 1-800-363-3801, ext 223 and 1-888-769-1577, ext 229
 
Webinar Recording

To ensure you receive maximum benefit from your participation in this webinar series, all webinars will be recorded and archived. Several days after each webinar, you will receive your personal URL to allow you to access the webinar. This is your personal URL access only. If this URL is used by others who did not register for the webinar(s), you will be invoiced for the entire webinar series at the full price. By viewing the first webinar, you agree to this condition.
 
Billing

At the time you registered, you provided us with your credit card to reserve your spot in the webinar(s) and, if applicable, to reserve your early bird discount.  Shortly, you will be receiving an invoice via email. Please pay this invoice promptly.
 
Webinar Timing

All webinars are scheduled to start at 1:30 PM Eastern Time (Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto etc.). That is

  • 2:30 PM  Atlantic  (Halifax)
  • 12:30 PM  Manitoba
  • 11:30 AM  Calgary
  • 10:30 AM Vancouver

 
Confirmation emails for upcoming webinars

You will receive confirmation emails for every webinar for which you are registered. The day prior to each webinar and the day of each webinar, you will receive a reminder containing the URL to be used to log into the webinar.
