The Opportunity
McKinley Solutions is proposing a staff training series for your middle to senior manager levels that builds on previous training; current experience levels and helps them align as a team prior to start of the 2012 season.
McKinley is recommending a series of club management professional development half day workshops. The ideal model involves 4 (the optimal scenario, based on experience) or 6 clubs and their key team members (both seasonal and full time) participating in each of the sessions. Half of the sessions would be spent working as a team, the other half would be working in peer groups.
The same participants do not need to attend each session as they are distinct and unique. For the Winter Interclub Series ONLY McKinley will provide the PowerPoint’s and handout is digital format so participants can then train their peers upon returning to the club.
The Objectives
Through a series of tailored sessions, McKinley Solutions would lead the clubs team(s) through experiential-based hands-on learning in each of the defined areas. A first objective would be to ensure the teams have a solid foundation for personal development.
A second objective is to ensure the clubs teams are facilitated through a process that enables them to work together to fully tap into their collective potential and become a highly effective, cohesive team. The core sessions of the Winter Interclub Series are:
