McKinley Solutions’ work for Northside Toyota began when a former golf pro client became the GM at Northside.
The executive team at Northside had never been through professional development sessions focused on leadership and team development.
Many of the team had been with the organization for several years.
McKinley’s program kicked off with an assessment-based evidence-informed leadership assessment to provide the participants a deeper insight into self.
Over the course of 2 Live Online Learning Sessions the team learned new models for communications, motivation, engagement and leadership.
After each session, all participants participated in one of McKinley’s signature programs, Learning Loops. Learning Loops are 15-minute assignments on the job that see the participants apply what they learned in the session.
Each participant also received one on one coaching, providing the opportunity to tailor development to support their growth.
After the program the team was found to be using more consistent language in areas of performance, accountability and expectations, both from themselves and those that reported to them.
The awareness provided the pathway to habit changes that impacted employee engagement and satisfaction.
